A residential plot in a planned township. You build on it when you are ready, following the township’s design guidelines. Our team will take you through the title and ownership position before you book.

53 bigha, with over 400 residential plots laid out under a single masterplan. The plan also carries four landscaped gardens, a clubhouse, sports facilities, a temple precinct, an informal commercial zone, and a linear park running through the length of the site.

Yes. Emerald Park is registered with the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority under Registration No. RAJ/P/2025/4392. You can verify this yourself at www.rera.rajasthan.gov.in. Under the Act, a promoter is required to display the registration number

Four signature gardens, each with a distinct purpose. Ruby Garden is the formal one, with structured pathways and water elements. Emerald Garden is the social green, with lawns and gathering spaces. Diamond Garden is built around wellness, with open lawns, yoga areas and shaded seating. Sapphire Garden is the quietest, with water features, dense plantation and shaded walkways.

At the centre of the township is the Circle of Harmony, a landscaped rotary with formal gardens, water features and stonework, designed to work as a social anchor rather than just a junction. Alongside these, a clubhouse with a swimming pool and indoor recreation, sports courts, children’s play areas, multipurpose lawns, and a continuous linear park connecting the residential pockets to the activity zones.

Yes. We work with leading banks and housing finance companies and our team will take you through the application. The approval decision rests with the lender and depends on your eligibility, income and credit record.

Yes. Fill in the enquiry form on this page or call us and we will arrange a time. A plotted layout reads very differently on the ground than it does on paper, and we would rather you saw it.

You select your plot, pay the booking amount, and submit your application with the required documents. Our team handles the allotment letter, the payment schedule and the registration process from there.

Because the infrastructure was planned into the layout from the start. The road hierarchy, the green spine, the gardens and the utilities were designed in at the beginning rather than fitted around plots afterwards. On a plotted development that decision is irreversible, and it is what you live with for the next thirty years.

Buying property in India

The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 governs the relationship between a promoter and an allottee. It sets up a state level regulator, requires projects above a defined size to register before they are marketed, and gives buyers a forum for complaints on delay, quality, title and changes to the sanctioned plan. Registration details for every registered project are published on the state authority’s website.

No. Each phase is treated as a standalone project and has to be registered separately.

Go to the state authority’s website and search the registration number. Do not rely on the number printed in a brochure alone. Verifying it takes two minutes and it is the single most useful thing you can do before paying a booking amount.

Registration puts the transaction on permanent public record. Title or interest in an immovable property is acquired only when the deed is registered. An unregistered document does not give you ownership, whatever else it says.

Under the general permission granted by the Reserve Bank of India, Non Resident Indians and Persons of Indian Origin may purchase immovable property in India, other than agricultural land, plantation property or a farmhouse. A foreign national resident outside India cannot. Rules change, so please confirm the current position with the RBI guidelines and your own advisor before you commit.

Gains on sale are treated as capital gains, and the rate depends on how long you held the property. Relief may be available where the gain is reinvested in another residential property within the prescribed period. The thresholds and rates are revised from time to time. Please check the current Income Tax provisions and speak to your tax consultant before you plan around this.

Identity proof, address proof, PAN card and photographs. If you are applying for a loan, income documents as well. Our team will share the full checklist so nothing holds up your allotment.
